Creation YouTube was created in February The people who made this now famous website were three men that formerly worked at PayPal, an internet intermediary used to help people make secure online purchases.

Restrictions YouTube follows generally the same rules set forth for television and music. Videos containing nudity and other possibly offensive content are not allowed. Also content under the protection of a copyright is also not supposed to be there. This is enforced by allowing users to report offensive or unlawful content to the administrators of the website. An example of such content would be

Content YouTube is a site that allows users to upload and view videos. These videos can range from video blogs, to short comedies, to political statements. As of late even political candidates have been using YouTube to air statements and debates. Debates such as this

Audio Specifications YouTube uses a streaming MP3 format to send sound out to its users. It has a bit rate of 65kbs

Opinion I feel that YouTube when used properly is a very good site. It provides a source of entertainment and information on different topics It can also serve to remind one of old shows they used to love.
