Aim of the Game To generate new ideas for the development of the Butyrsky district’s infrastructure and design-plant Flacon as it’s creative and cultural centre, facilitate the dialogue between all stakeholders Complexity of the Aim

Participants Players: Business: representatives of design-plant Flacon and tenants Creatives: architects, designers, European urban designers Local authorities: local youth chamber Citizens: non-profit educational and social organizations Non-players: Public audience Experts

Ideas Green Square – sustainable centre of green technologies and entertainment Social incubator “made in Butyr” – “a plant of idea production” Mobile Kiosks – mobile work/live units to rent I & Co. – rebranding the image of the district using the existing assets

Winning Idea – Platforma Market place for design and flee market, entertainment and events the design production, art works of Flacon artists and businesses are displayed and sold located on the way from the city center to the airport and the ski resort.
