A five year action plan:  reshaping services for children, young people & their families  sharing responsibility across the community  providing more support earlier  responding to 2008 Wood Inquiry into child protection system Keep Them Safe: A shared approach to child wellbeing

Budget overview $750 million over five years:  increasing funding announced in March by an extra $520 million  investing more in prevention and early intervention  increasing support for the non- government sector
