Assumptions about the Position I understand that the ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for planning, assessing, leading, communicating and providing a safe environment for student learning. I believe that my varied skill set in supervision, facilitation, counseling, differentiation of instruction, leadership and public relations would be beneficial in completing the expected managerial and supervisory roles of leadership in your school. I welcome the challenges associated with interacting with all facets of the school community- students, parents, staff and stakeholders.

Personal Vision As the saying goes, I believe that all students can learn, just not on the same day, in the same way. ISLLC Stnd 1; Disposition: the educability of all I believe that thoughtful and appropriate accommodations to meet students’ needs thorough the use of technology and also personal relationships will raise achievement among students.
