With the need to build and expand, Rockhurst & Associates implements a Two-Pronged strategy that consists of adhesion as well as cohesion.  First, we implement the Cohesive Strategy, where the objective is to bond the philosophies of OHR to current agents.  Second, we implement the Adhesive Strategy, where we look to expand and actively reach out to new agents to bring them into the fold.  With these bonds built, the objective cycle repeats itself so as to blend the new agents into the cohesive unit through repeat training, a cohesive entity will be formed that binds all connected to OHR with the knowledge and training needed to work as a team.

Cohesion Strategies Facilitated by R&A Each time a cohesive core is accomplished, it can be expanded upon… As new agents are introduced, they need to be brought into the core… Start Here: Adhesion Strategies Introduced and Managed as Needed By R&A New Agents Expansion through non-traditional techniques

Cohesive Strategy - Strengthening the Core Thorough interpretation of the Open House Realty philosophy Incorporation of OHR’s core values “Progress through development” Team building to instill cohesion “Same page” structure to guarantee progress Company expansion through enthusiasm

 Progress in taking individuals from various backgrounds with different strengths, and assimilating them into a cohesive team that makes use of those strengths while mandating a unified objective and focus.  Once this goal is achieved that is when phase two, the Adhesion Strategy, begins.  In phase two, we will focus on the non-traditional expansion and recruiting techniques, while continuing cohesive team building strategies as new team members are added.

Adhesive Strategy – Expanding the Influence o Build and give away a house for Habitat for Humanity, where OHR agents donate their time to the construction of property. (Charitable Contributions) o Posting team building videos on websites (OHA and Rockhurst) Viral Marketing o Drop-in Team building workshops for potential OHA agents (might require advertising) o Backyard (Low Country Boil?) workshop at a high end house given by Top Producing agents

OHR: Into the Future The road ahead can consist of exciting, but challenging opportunities. Together OHR and Rockhurst & Associates can forge a new and innovative future in the real estate market. Through continual improvement and repeat training, the objective is to provide current and potential OHR agents with the foundation of teamwork that will produce the best results for all involved.
