ETD-db Workflow: Student Authors Login Enter details (metadata) such as name, title of the ETD, degree, department, committee members, keywords, abstract, copyright statement, etc. Set access level for the ETD –Worldwide access –Restricted access (host university-only) –Embargoed access (inaccessible to everybody)
ETD-db Workflow: Graduate School Submitted ETD is stored in ETD-db on library server Graduate School personnel login –Access list of submitted ETDs Can and maintain record of communication with student authors –Approve ETDs
