You can: –Notify everyone who sends you an , that you are going on a trip and you will be gone for the next week. –Customize the response message that your computer sends.

CAHE Technology Help Desk ● (505) ● ● Outlook 1.Under the Tools menu, select Out of Office Assistant. 2.Select I am currently Out of the Office. 3.Enter a message, for example: “I will be out this week…” 4.Select OK. This message will automatically reply to incoming messages until you stop the Auto-Reply.
