 They lived in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode island

 Beliefs  Name means “easterners”  Sachem was there king  Boy were schooled in the way of the woods

They farmed:  Corn  Squash  Bean  They also fished. there season went fishing,planting,harve sting,hunting.

 The Wampanoag people hunted smaller game like deer and rabbits.

 Corn husk dolls and cradle boards were skills the Wampanoag tribe had.

 Native Americans from the Wampanoag tribe still exist today.  Some live on reservations set aside for them ore live in our modern ways.
