My name is Ann Rozova. I was born in Lugansk on 18 of May I finished secondary school in After that I entered the college 23. My future profession is a hotel service manager

Hotel service in my vision Hotel service helps people to feel comfortable and cozy everywhere Hotel service helps people to feel comfortable and cozy everywhere.

Professional skills of any manager The work of hotel manager concludes in organizing of service to visitors of all necessary for comfortable and convenient spending time in hotel.

Professional skills Hotel managers are responsible for effective work of staff for provision of hotel services. Hotel managers are responsible for effective work of staff for provision of hotel services.

Main duty The main duty of hotel manager is provision of qualitative work of all division of the hotel. I associate my future work with Front Desk. Most of all I wish to be a Receptionist. Firstly, Front Desk clerk books rooms, secondly, checks in arriving guests and assigns them to their rooms.

Other duties Also Receptionist checks out the guests, to deal with their complaints work with computers and hotel documents. Teamwork is a big part of the hotel job. Receptionist works with the doorman, valet and elevator operator to make guests feel welcome, asks the bellhop to take the guests bags to the guests room.

Other duties He talks to the night auditor every morning, who shares important guest information with him. Sometimes guests have questions about the city. So Front desk clerk tells them to speak to the concierge. Other times, there are problems with rooms. The housekeepers and maintenance workers fix those problems. To communicate with foreign visitors is necessary knowing English

Other duties might be also in taking part in recruitment. Improving the quality of service. Improving the quality of service. Analysis of customer feedback. Analysis of customer feedback. And others

My English knowledge I have been learning English from 8 years old

I already know a lot and can, but it isn`t enough… to be a professional… In order to be a professional in hotel services is necessary to study very much. Always training in your skills. Increase your qualification.

To speak English better In order to speak English fluently I have to practice every day: Read English books. Watch English TV Channels. Listen to the radio. Communicate with native speakers.

If I want to be professional I should work and study hard

Conclusion If you want to goal, you should try to do everything for this! And studying well is a very important thing!
