Access Volunteer Connection Visit or navigate to Volunteer Connection through your chapter or station website. 1

Access Volunteer Connection Enter the username and password you created when you completed the application. Forgot your username? Contact the volunteer resources department at your chapter or station. 2

Explore: Home Keep up with the latest happenings by logging into your account often! Find a recap of events, photos and your volunteer group’s news on the “Home” screen, and be sure to explore other sections on the site to learn more about Red Cross activities and opportunities. 3

Moving? Learning a new language? Click here to keep your records up-to-date. Change your , address, phone number, employment information, emergency contact and much more. We encourage you to upload your photo! Explore: My Profile 4

How much time have you dedicated to the Red Cross? Whether you need to track your volunteer hours for school or work or you’re just curious, it’s a great idea to get into the habit of submitting them. Keeping count is simple: open the Shifts/Hours tab in My Profile, then click “Submit Hours” at the bottom of the page. You can add hours daily, weekly or monthly (or whenever you remember!) Communicate with your activity’s lead, other volunteers, and chapter or station staff by clicking into one of your “GroupShares.” Once you are matched to a specific Red Cross role, the corresponding groups will automatically display on this page.
