Bios  Dr. Madeleine Van Hecke Licensed clinical psychologist Speaker & workshop leader on topics such as reducing negativity in the work place, handling stress, encouraging creativity and improving communication. Author of Blind Spots: Why Smart People Do Dumb Things, and is one of the co- authors of The Brain Advantage: Become a More Effective Business Leader Using the Latest Brain Research.

Bios  Brad Kolar Co-authored The Brain Advantage with Madeleine and two additional contributors. Runs Kolar Associates, with over 18 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes. Brad was previously the Chief Learning Officer for the University of Chicago Medical Center (UCMC) and was the Director for Learning and Performance Strategy for Accenture.
