STEPS WILL NOT BE LINKED : Example : REQUIREMENTS FOR HEAVIER CLASS SOLO CAN BE SAME OR LESS THAN THE LIGHTEST CLASS WITH PAX. MEDICAL REQUIREMENT CAN BE LINKED TO AGE AND PAX NUMBER RATHER THAN ACFT CATEGORY.

ACFT DON’T MAKE THOUSANDS OF EXISTING ACFT FLYING UNDER « GRANDFATHER’s RIGHT » JUST BECAUSE OF RULEMAKING. CLEARLY DEFINE THE BASICS OF AN ACFT CLASS, SO EVERY ACFT WILL BE IN HIS « NATURAL » CATEGORY.
