03/12/ Who are we, what is our company?  Trondheim municipality and Information center for seniors  Established in 2003 as a part of the rehabilitation strategy – intension is to support elderly to live an independent life and to manage on their own as long as possible  What we do: Preventing home visits, following up they who are in group at risk, individual conversation and conversation in groups, give lessons to groups of elderly

03/12/ What do we expect from Co-Living?  Knowlegde about the elderly of tomorrow…………………..  Possiblity to contribute to developing a useful tool in order to keep up their social living  Offer the elderly some tools to keep up their social living  Initial exploitation of results  Knowledge about our european collaborators and possibillity to work together with them  Project work experience  New improving technical and ICT experience

03/12/ What expertise / technology do we bring in? The Information center for seniors have the know- how about the life the elderly lives, how they function in their daily life, where they live, how they choose, what possibility they have. We are an interdisciplinary team (health related/public health) We have good connection with an extended group of seniors Accessible network by our collaborative partners (other community network)
