Case 1: 44 Y/M CC of left calf tenderness after golf game, unable to walk and muscle swelling.

PAST HISTORY: Obesity with hyperlipidemia under medication control. Gouty arthritis. Hyperglycemia status under medication. Denied other disease or OP history.

MRI study in Nothing change of chest X-ray in recent years.. Had muscle tear, edema or hematoma seen by MRI study.

Muscle scan(Tc-99m SC) Dynamic study Blood pooling phase. Delaye phase(15 mins)+SPECT Whole body scan

Calf Strain (Rupture of the Gastrocnemius or Soleus muscle) How to diagnosis? Is it sport medicine range? How to therapy? How does it happen?

How to grading severity of Musculotendinous Injuries? 1 degree 2 degree 3 degree?

Outcome of this patient Complete rest for 2 weeks with Walking stick support Ice pack,NSAID, Gradually leakage to lower end (archillis tendon), than disappear. After 2 months, good recovery.
