Work on tonight’s homework while we’re taking care of textbooks

Single Unit Conversion Game This is a chance for you to make up the points you missed on unit conversion questions on the quiz! Pick a piece of paper from the bag – make a COLOR sign of it for the game on the white postcards that I will pass out to you. If it is not very bright and easy to read you won’t get points. This is DUE TOMORROW!

Single Unit Conversion Game You will NOT be able to use your charts. The game will be on Wednesday, so you must have memorized the chart by then. You must memorize: –Each prefix –Its magnitude (i.e. 10 3, 10 6, etc) –Understand if it makes the basic metric unit (we’ve talked about g, L, m & s) bigger or smaller than the “no prefix.”

Single Units Conversion Game I will break you up into groups. If your group correctly makes 15 conversions in a row (you will only have 1 minute to make each conversion), you will get full credit on the unit conversion section of the quiz.

Tomorrow, we dance! But first: –Accuracy –Precision
