Sylmar strangler, California rattlesnake, north valley killer He was born Sept 9, 1970 and died in prison 2005 of a heart attack. He died of a heart attack by fighting 20 guards at the same time and stopped due to fatigue and suffered a heart attack due to over exhaustion

Background His mother and father neglected Jeff as a young boy and was mostly raised by his maternal grandmother. She showered praise on him and was a happy boy, but often felt alone and ignored. He liked to play doctor with all the local girls in his neighborhood and was well liked by his neighbors When he was sent to his uncle for the summer at the age of 11-15, he was abused and whipped with women’s panty hose. He was exposed to violence by his cousins and beat repeatedly if he did not introduce his ugly cousins to his girlfriends His dog “fluffy” was run over by a girl on his 18th birthday. She was blonde and blue eyed which is exactly the same description of his victims. Some say he changed when fluffy died His parents died in a mysterious gardening accident at the age of 19. All his victims were blonde women between 18-21 He would strangle his victims with their socks and then use their body parts to make art projects that he would leave next to the bodies He placed all his victims bodies on skateboards and roll them up gravity hill into on coming traffic He was “OCD” and would get upset if his beans touched his rice. Doctors said he was borderline genius and insane

Jeff Lujan: Sylmar Strangler Policeman and psychiatrists believe Jeff Lujan killed because he had issues with neglect as a young person. Also, the death of his dog fluffy had a huge effect on his self esteem and blamed blonde women for his dogs death. Psychiatrists theorize that Lujan may have been a evolutionary leap forward and that Lujan blamed all people for not being as awesome as he was so he killed for simple pleasure and amusement.

How he was caught? Lujan was never caught by police. He turned himself in in 2004. He was sentenced to 99 life sentences for 99 murders. He decided to allow himself to go to prison so he could work on his upper body strength and wanted more time to read
