Membership Eligibility Members of the AAP ($93 P-RT Member dues) Who are trainees in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Or Early Career Neonatologists within 7 years of completing their fellowship training
Structure
10 District Representatives (2 year term) Selected by Section on Perinatal Pediatrics District Representative Chair (2 year term) Also serves as representative to Perinatal Section Executive Committee Immediate Past Chair (2 year term) Liaison to Spring Workshop Planning Group, etc. 2 Subcommittee Chairs Membership/Leadership Social Media/Communications TECaN Council - 1
TECaN Council - 2 ONTPD Representative ( 1 year term) Represents fellows at meetings of the ONTPD and serves as liaison for TECaN Secretary-Treasurer ( 1 year term) Responsible for TECaN minutes, budget, and contact lists Liaison positions for SOMSRFT and SOYP
Program Representative Roles: Fellow (with interest in leadership) Conduit for information and networking between Maintain an active list of the fellows Time Commitment: Minimal (will not interfere with clinical or research goals)

Activities - 3 Work with SoPPe Executive Committee and the ONTPD to: Provide input and feedback on trainee and early- career specific needs and initiatives Assist in developing educational programming that will enhance leadership skills and foster career development
