How to start? 1. Start quite formally: Today I´m going to talk about … In this presentation, I´d like to tell you a little bit about... „In this presentation I´d like to tell you about the current position of Toyota in Europe. Then I'll move on to some of the achievements we've made in Asia. After that I'll consider the opportunities we see for further expansion in Africa. Lastly, I'll quickly recap before concluding with some recommendations." 2. Or you can catch your audience´s attention by starting with a question or a challenging statement. You can use pictures. So, how much do you know about...? Have you ever asked yourself why...? What I´m going to tell you about today will change the way you think about... Pass around the picture/object.
