Title: Leaves, and spider webs. Where: Salem OR. Taken: 2010 The lighting is sunlight. Its shining from the back of the leaf. I think it makes the spider webs really stand out, because the dew drops are shinning so much. The focal point of this picture is the leaf, because of how the picture is cropped. The rule of thirds is what is mainly used in this photo. This photo is trying to portray the end of fall, because of the changing leaves, and spider webs. I like this photo because it is interesting, and I think its a very good nature shot.

Title: Vandyke Print. Where: Sanfrancisco. Taken: The lighting is natural. Its shinning into the window, creating a silowet. The focal point of this picture is the person looking out of the window, because of how the model is positioned. shading is a big part of this photo. This photo is trying to show a story of someone traveling to far off places, because of the ever changing urban scene in the background. I think this picture really says "city life", and that is why I enjoy it so much.

Title: Untitled Where: Mento brown Island, Salem OR. Taken: The lighting is sunlight. The landscapes behind the people frame there figures, because of such intense light. The focal point of this picture are the people, because of how the camera is positioned. Texture is what is mainly used in this photo. This photo is trying to show a summer lake story, because of the landscape behind the people. I love the light it shows, and I really like the landscape in the background.

Title: Rhonda. Where: Sun River, OR. Taken: The lighting is outdoor sunlight. It shadows the bike, and creates dimension with the background environment. The focal point of this picture is the bike, because of how the lines of symmetry move out behind it. This photo is trying to portray the end of a summer bike ride, because of the sunny weather, and wooded environment in the background. I like it because it is really fun, and shows a summer look.

Title: Something Different. Where: Salem OR. Taken: The lighting is electric artificial light. Its coming from the bulb, and spreading through the room. I feel the lighting changes the mood into a moving scene. The focal point of this picture is the light bulb, because of the rule of thirds that is applied to the picture. I think the lighting plays the biggest role in this picture. This photo is trying to tell the story of an idea, by using the light bulb to symbolize it. I love this picture because it really shows how the lighting effects a picture.
