C HOCOLATE S OUFFLÉ RECIPE
I NGREDIENTS FOR SIX PEOPLE : - MILK ( HALF LITER ) -(250 ML ) CREAM -(125 GR ) FLOUR -(75 GR ) SUGAR -(40 GR ) BUTTER -5 WHOLE EGGS -3 EGG WHITES -1 PACKET VANILLA EXTRACT - PLAIN CHOCOLATE
PREPARATION -Pour into a pan: milk, vanilla extract, butter, cream, sugar and chocolate; -Mix all; -Put on medium fire; -Remove from fire; -Let cool; -Break the eggs and pour into the pan along with the egg whites; -Mix together to blend; -Bake for 25 minutes; -Sprinkle with icing sugar; -Put the cake on a dish accompanied by one hot egg flip.
