Application Application is the skill of transferring the understanding of a concept or passage to a different situation. It requires two steps:

Respond to the question, not to the passage. The question gives you the new idea, the new information, and the new situation. Transfer your understanding of the passage to the new context. Dressing neatly and professionally shows the interviewer that you take pride in your appearance. Therefore, use good judgment in selecting the clothes you wear on a job interview. Do not wear outfits that are too casual or flashy. (1) Respond directly to the interviewer’s questions, sticking to the issues the interviewer raises (2) Interrupt the interviewer to show how you can take command of a situation (3) Laugh out loud and long if the interviewer says something funny (4) Answer every question with a joke or story about yourself (5) Use difficult words whenever possible Which of the following behaviors should a job applicant display during an interview?
