Emotional abuse that is potentially harmful. No treatment is required.  MODERATE: Minor to moderate physical injury requiring one or more outpatient visits. Emotional injury requiring short-term mental health care.  SEVERE: Physical injury requiring inpatient treatment or causing temporary or permanent disfigurement. Sexual contact.
