The best way to overcome communication apprehension is to RESEARCH, PLAN and PRACTICE!!! 1. Choose a topic that interests you. 2. Know your goal: to persuade, inform, or entertain. 3. Your topic can be summarized by a single clear thesis statement. 4. Know your audience.
