 The TEA Committee exists to provide cricket umpires and scorers of all ages and abilities a range of training, education and accreditation opportunities that will help them understand and achieve their highest potential

 Operating under the credo: "Helping others to help themselves", the TEA Committee will:

 Coordinate theoretical and practical training opportunities across all levels of Cricket Tasmania’s Premier League

 Operating under the credo: "Helping others to help themselves", the TEA Committee will:  Facilitate a Cricket Australia National Accreditation Level II program for umpires

 Operating under the credo: "Helping others to help themselves", the TEA Committee will:  Provide guidance in the process of self- assessment and effective goal setting
