Amazing, Mystifying or Puzzling S1 Homework Assignment Amazing, Mystifying or Puzzling Your assignment is to produce a presentation on a topic that you find amazing, mystifying or puzzling. You might want to present a topic you already know about or you could choose something new to research.

CRITERIA (OR CHECKLIST) – use this as you go along to make sure you don’t miss anything out. Your assignment should be at least 4 pages which includes: Front Cover which gives your topic title. Introduction page which says why you chose your topic and whether you find it amazing, mystifying or puzzling and why. Information page giving interesting facts about your topic. Conclusion page saying what you enjoyed about doing your assignment and a list of sources. Your presentation should be in your own words – do not copy and paste. Your presentation can be done by hand, produced on a computer or a mixture of both.

TIPS Other people will be reading your assignment – make it interesting, bright & attractive, and while you should give lots of information, don’t make it too long or your audience will fall asleep. Pick a topic that interests you – or you will fall asleep writing it! Don’t copy & paste – we know when you do!
