Africa is the second largest continent.

Africa is just below the continent of Europe.

The Mediterranean sea separate Africa from Europe.

More than fifty countries make up Africa.

Africa’s largest country is Sudan.

The Sahara Desert takes up most of the top, or north, of Africa.

It is the world’s biggest desert.

The grasslands are south of the Sahara.

Zebras and elephants live in the grasslands.

There are big rivers in Africa.

The Nile is the longest river in the world.

Gorillas live in Africa’s rain forest.

Ostriches live in the grasslands.

Ostriches are to heavy to fly.

If you visit Africa, be sure to stop at Victoria Falls.

You can hear the roar of this waterfall from 20 miles away.

Some Africans live in busy cities.

Others live in small villages.
