The Issue Romney advocates a free market approach to solving our environmental issues This includes the controversial issue of increases privatization of water utilities

Argument Privatization, when zpplied on a large scale, only does more harm than good Evidence: - 1. Infrastructure problems - 2. Delivery Inefficiency - 3. Water Quality Issues

Conclusion “I believe we need to use a diversified approach that maintains the integrity of our public utilities while incorporating privatization on a local scale. “ Research has shown that the financial resources of privatization work best when applied to small, cash-strapped community utilities, not large ones
