Class Expectations ► Everyone has the right to learn and no person should inhibit the learning or teaching process. ► Be respectful at all times, including respecting personal space and personal property. Be kind to others and treat everybody with dignity. ► Cell phones or pagers that ring will be confiscated. Music players may be listened to only when permission is granted. ► Food, drink and gum must be disposed of before entering the classroom (water is fine). ► Use only positive language in the classroom.

Required Supplies ► Biology Notebooks (1 provided each quarter) ► Calendar/Agenda ► Pencils, pens (blue and black ink), highlighters, erasers and storage pouch ► Space in binder for handouts ► $10 lab fee

How you can help ► Check your student’s assignments on Zangle weekly ► Check for biology assignments ► Provide a quiet environment for your student to complete their homework ► Check that your student completes their homework (even if you do not know how to do biology, making sure your student attempts their homework is a help) ► Host an biology study group ► Wish List
