INTERVENTION  Introduce CAFÉ with bulletin board- Comprehension, Accuracy, Fluency, Extended Vocabulary  Practice during read aloud  Practice during guided reading  Conference with SSR  Practiced during Reading Streets unit lessons  Bi-weekly conferences  Provide bookmarks with goals and strengths  Provide effective feedback and monitoring
