Humble request of baby Nimshi’s father… Dear All, My daughter, 3 year old baby Nimshi Shanoli Oceanika Rowlands has been diagnosed with a rare disease called Biliary Atresia and the definitive treatment for this condition is a liver transplant, which cannot be done in Sri Lanka. Little Nimshi’s blood group is O+ive & my cousin sister has willingly agreed to donate a part of her liver & the initial ultra sound scan outcome has been compatible. My wife & I plead for financial support to bear the cost of the surgery, Post surgery anti rejection drugs etc. which is approximately Rs.7.5 Million at the Global hospital in Chennai, India. Any amount of a contribution is greatly appreciated to ensure the precious life of my daughter. For the past two months my daughter has been developing complications and being treated at the teaching hospital in Ragama. The surgery has been recommended to be performed as early as possible to save little Nimshi’s Precious Life and we humbly request for public help to raise necessary finance aid & prayers to give my baby her life back. What’s the current situation… by 25th February 2011…? We personally spoke to Nimshi’s father.. He said they managed to collect 2 million rupees by now. The baby is still getting treatments from Ragama Hospital... We called Ragama Hospital to check the child’s condition and according to them the condition is deteriorating and they have requested that it is best for the child to be sent for treatment immediately. If you also want to check the child’s condition you can reach Ragama hospital by , and get the ward of Dr (Mrs) Lilanthi De Silva (The Pediatrician) How much left…? 5.5 Million Can we achieve this target…? Yes indeed. How ….? Donations… My dear Friends, Just within 2 days I was managed to collect 41,000/= So if we try little bit hard, yes we can save Nimshi’s life…. So why not give it a try….? This is nothing but saving our future …. Please get out of your busy life for a moment, spend a little time on this, communicate to your friends and try your best to get this mission accomplished. If we all get together we can definitely do this…Talk to your overseas buddies… definitely they will help. Even I’m not just giving up with 41,000/=. If we do this, we will be happy for our entire life… because we were able to save a life of a little angel... a lovely daughter of mother Sri Lanka.
