Classified Performance Reviews Why What How When

Why? Morale Reviews are a time to develop dialogue between supervisor and employee and support staff development Productivity Encourage employees to work to their potential Required by Wisconsin Administration Code s.ER 45.03(3), Wis Admin.code, all state agencies must establish an employee performance evaluation program that meets specific requirements set forth in the rules

What Use the recommended SOE Classified Employee Review Form Goals Expectations/Standards Results Development
