To retrieve your user name:  On the Log In screen, click 'Need your User Name?'  In the field, enter your address and click Submit  If the address you entered is in our records, we will send you an with your User Name. The also includes a link to reset your password, if applicable.  If the address you entered is not in our records, the following message will appear: We were unable to find your information. Retype your Address and click Submit. If you need further assistance, contact us.contact us To reset your password:  On the Log In screen, click 'Need your Password?'  In the User Name field, enter your website User Name.
