Three cities of Great Britain

Manchester is the city of cotton  It is situated nearly Pennine range on the river Erual;  So, Manchester is located in the pits and because of this its climate is ideal for growing cotton;  After the Industrial Revolution it became a center of cotton industry;  In XIX century Manchester was called “Cottonopolis”.  And nowadays this city it the largest of manufacturing of cotton in England. Birmingham is a city of manufacturing  From XIII century Birmingham became famous of its trade fairs.  Then such natural resources as steel were founded near Birmingham.  At the end of XVI century Birmingham was a center of steel manufacturing;  There are a lot of rubber plantation there and rubber industry is also developing;  Nowadays this is the industrial center, it is the second of number of population city after London;

Edinburgh is a city of historical buildings  It is an industrial city with a lot of beautiful buildings: museums, galleries, churches and temples.  University of Edinburgh was founded in 1583, it has several great buildings;  Also the central part of Edinburgh is written at the List of World heritage Sites of the UK.  Edinburgh castle is a historical building at the Castle Rock.
