 1 Rural Health Unit (RHU) with 2 Barangay Health Station (BHS)  1 doctor, 8 nurses, 5 midwives, 1 sanitation inspector  Health data system is paper based

 November 8, 2013  Signal 4, the surge affected 10 barangays  An estimated of 7-10 meters in sea level rise was experienced

 RHU not fully functional  Most of the records has been inundated  Difficulty in providing service due to the loss of client list

 Damaged and obliterated facilities  Inadequate equipment and office supply  Lack finances  Paralysed local government operations
