Tonight you will… 1.Walk through the presentation expectations and protocol for providing feedback 2.Meet with your teams to refine plans and prepare for your presentations tomorrow night 2

Tomorrow’s Presentations Tomorrow night, NTs/NTEs will be paired together to present their plans for feedback. Presentations should include: Approach to working with districts Bright spots/examples of successes in working with your schools/districts Biggest challenges to date in working with your schools/districts The key 3-4 areas of focus that the team thinks will make the biggest impact 3

Tomorrow’s Presentations Presentations should be minutes. Teams will listen to each others’ presentations and then provide constructive feedback on plans based on a protocol. NYSED and Regents staff will be available for consultation and feedback as well. 4
