Algorithm  Load the test bitmap picture  Detect Lines and Characters Y-Axis profile for detecting lines  Line locations Nbr-8 for labeling each characters  Labels (Blob Coloring) Finding bounding box for each character Compute the center of mass for each character Sort the character (center bottom top) Feed the sorted data to Template matching to recognize each character
