REGION V Dayton Chapter 041 Highlights Started Dayton Chapter Scholarship committee and fund. Dayton ASHRAE mini-show raised funds for ASHRAE research and local Scholarship fund. Hosted distinguished lecturer Tom Werkema on Global Warming. Hosted distinguished lecturer Dick Pearson on building energy management. Chapter was able to recruit YEA members to officer positions. Increased participation from local students at regular meetings.

REGION V Dayton Chapter 041 Challenges & Solutions Tour schedule for April meeting was cancelled – scheduled joint meeting with IFM Incoming Treasurer and Secretary officers resigned early in the fiscal calendar. - Recruited two young ASHRAE members to fill officer positions. Unable to increase area assigned members after successful previous years. Decrease in local membership for the year.
