Putting a spotlight on  women in their teens and early twenties and focusing on trendy, affordable  clothes, shoes, jewelry, and accessories, Charlotte Russe grew quickly from 35  stores in Southern California to 500+ stores across the United States and  Puerto Rico. We carry our own Charlotte Russe brands as well as other  well-loved brands like Refuge jeans.  True to our California roots, Charlotte Russe is headquartered in San Francisco  with operational functions in San Diego. Our President and CEO, Jenny Ming,  joined us in 2009 and leads our passion for fashion with over 35 years of  experience in fast-fashion, specialty, and value retail apparel.
