طاجين Moroccan Tagine
Ingredients: - Water - Salt - Safran - Cumin - Coriander - Olive oil - Onions - Chicken meat - Green peas - Carrots
Just before the start
Ok, let’s go. We add cumina, coriander, safran and salt to the sliced meat
and we mix well
In the tagine (or other dish), put some olive oil and make it hot
then add onions sliced to tiny pieces
After onion gets colored yellow, add meat and mix well. Then cook it until meat gets specified colour (mix in between too)
Then add a cup of water
When meat is cooked enough, add carrots and green peas. Now its time to add aditional salt and if you want some spicy red paprika.
Prepare table
