62nd ExCom Meeting STATUS OF RESOURCES AND PLANNING Report on balances and availability of resources – Remaining level of resources in current replenishment vs. resources available in next replenishment (2012 – 2014) – Activities in HPMPs needed to allow A5 countries to meet 2013 Freeze and % reduction

62 nd ExCom Meeting HPMPs related issues – Most of the ExCom meeting will be spend on individual consideration of the HPMPs submitted – Business Plans approved with an estimated baseline to be established on real bases next year if countries choose 2009 – 2010 average as starting point – Adjustments for baseline and resources when required – Application and development of “concepts” from guidelines: Low GWP alternatives 25% above cost effectiveness for their introduction
