It does not reflect any changes made in the PMS. To re-send the EXACT same to the guest again, select the Send/Resend radio button. Then verify the address to send to, select “YES”, and initiate delivery. *Note- s will be sent within about a minute from the time you select the Initiate Delivery Button. It is recommended when using this function to select the “Copy Me” button so you may also receive a copy of the being re-sent.

You can re-send this to an alternate recipient by clicking on the Options icon. Typically an will bounce for multiple reasons: The mailbox is full, the security settings are too high and consider the spam, or the address is spelled incorrectly. If an is Pink, you can attempt to gain an alternate address if you wish to send through the portal. Otherwise you can make the correction in your PMS which will trigger a new confirmation to go out. If the address turns Green, that means delivery was successful after several bounce attempts. No further action is needed.
