SHERRI YBARRA, SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION SUPPORTING SCHOOLS AND STUDENTS TO ACHIEVE Advanced Opportunities Process for Fall 2014 Fast Forward Credit payouts* *Fiscal year will also include payments for Early Completer activity 1.Community Colleges sent a list of all dual-credit students to SDE (with county of residence) 2.With the help of SBOE, the SDE identified all matches to three lists of data (CWI, CSI, NIC) 3.SDE sent payment to counties based on this information 4.Counties accessed data through SFTP 5.Counties identified students who were paid for, and sent refunds to SDE for any students who were denied COR or did not turn one in

SHERRI YBARRA, SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION SUPPORTING SCHOOLS AND STUDENTS TO ACHIEVE Advanced Opportunities Process for Spring 2015 Fast Forward Credit payouts* *Fiscal year will also include payments for Early Completer activity 1.Community Colleges will send invoices to each county. Invoices will include Education Identification Number (EDU-ID) EDU-ID: Unique 9 digit identifier issued by SDE 2.Counties will identify students who’s COR’s have been approved 3.Counties will send an invoice to the SDE for student’s they’ve approved, including EDU-ID’s. Invoices must be sent in an Excel Sheet through SFTP. Contact Dan Blocksom for template. 4.Invoices will be matched with SDE Fast Forward database. 5.SDE will send payment to county for matching students
