Our dream and drive is to rebuild the innovative capacity of the Commonwealth by uncovering, endorsing, and aligning diverse entrepreneurial change agents with the appropriate mentoring resources. PELT100 will achieve this through the integration of the the Uncommon Individuals Mentoring Program Design Expertise and Mentoring Platform, Sponsorship from Advanz, llc and it’s Cisco Entrepreneur Institute’s supplementary and enrichment content, and video archive and collaboration technology.

The UnleashPA - National Entrepreneurship Week core ob jective is to unleash future economic development throughout the Commonwealth by empowering and supporting K-12 Educators as they incorporate Technology, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Financial Literacy Education in to the classrooms. PELT 100 and UnleashPA Campaigns have been designed to provide top shelf support and resources to current and aspiring entrepreneurs in light of the recession. We will unleash Technology, Innovation, Mentoring, Education 3.0 for the Commonwealth’s Educators and Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneur and Educators Technology Innovation Engineering Protégé led Mentoring Education 3.0

For 30 days, January 27 th the last week of National Mentoring Month and ending February 27th the last day of National Entrepreneurship Week we will be identifying and enlisting 100 PA Entrepreneurship Leadership Team Members to serve as Mentors. March 15 st we will be begin implementing Cisco Human Network enabled entrepreneurial technical services and mentoring programs utilizing the Uncommon Individual Foundation’s Expertise and Mentorsphere Platform.

1. S olidify PELT 100 Mentoring Assets March 1st. 2. Assist membership with creation of individual Mentorsphere profile that details their Core Strengths. 3. Develop and implement a transformational entrepreneurial mentoring and technical service delivery infrastructure that connects the commonwealths vast network of educators, economic development agencies, innovators, equity providers, and entrepreneurs. 4. Formally launch the PA Entrepreneurship Leadership Team (PELT ) February 27 th, 2010 and begin outreach and operating as a Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education recognized affiliate and State Leadership Team.

 Year 1 PELT100 will create a strategic vision and implementation plan aimed at providing an innovative framework that will jump start entrepreneurial education and activity. Our entrepreneurial spirit, research, and mentoring will aim to assist the Commonwealth’s 500 plus School Districts, Administrators, and Educators as they develop future plans to meet Entrepreneurship Education Milestones detailed in the PA Dept of Education’s, Career Education and Work Academic Standards for grades 3 rd, 5 th, 8 th, and 11 th while satisfying the requirements of No Child Left Behind.
