Workshop programme (5 sessions) – to be discussed VCOs will each have access to 1:1 coaching conducted by telephone or Skype for the lead person or appropriate other Participants will have access to up to 2 action learning sets Each school cluster lead (or appropriate other) will have access to 2 sessions of 1:1 coaching conducted by telephone or Skype. Each school cluster will be supported through 2 workshop sessions linked to the topics covered in the main programme and enabling the relevant workshop learning to be tailored to fit the needs of each school cluster.

The final workshop will bring together all the pilot participants to Share progress on plans and actions as a result of the pilot Share information between commissioners and VCO providers Clarify the commissioning and procurement cycles for services over the next year Clarify the support and further activity that will be taking place between July and October Discuss further collaborative work in Tees Valley and developments planned by commissioners (NHS Tees and the local Authorities) and any other relevant local plans.
