History First involved in 2006 First course was offered in fall 2007 –Housed in the Department of Leadership Studies First virtual course was offered in fall 2009 Service-learning project was first incorporated in spring total students have participated in the course Course was granted permanent status within the Interdisciplinary Studies program in spring 2010
