Martin Phelan (Laois CoCo) –Vice Chair: Cllr John Halligan (Waterford City Council) A RBDAC is a statutory forum for elected reps & other stakeholders to consider matters relating to the prep. of RBMPs & to advise & make recommendations to the relevant public authorities.
