Lessons learned from last year  a. electricity, propane, general maintenance (general discussion)  b. Siding the house (how it went, water jet logo?)  c. Off season (met neighbors, chief fire dept, town)  d. Flag and flag pole (flag pole new, maybe buy a WBL flag)  e. Bedding (14 beds in house, general upkeep)  f. Internet and cable TV (general discussion)

Annual Dues for the season  when due December 1 st  how much($650) explained in detail at meeting  bringing friends cost includes family and friends  possible split payment?December 1 st and February 1 st

Parking and trailer arrangement  Parking by the house  Trailers in the back  members are responsible to move their own vehicles. If the another member is unavailable/unable to move he/she vehicle, The WBL nor it’s members are liable if something happens during transport.  Leave all car keys on the hook next to door

General observation, reminders, and common curtsey  a. picking up your stuff and cleaning up after yourself  b. not wearing your boots thru the house  c. changing toilet paper when out  d. Replacing soap, paper towel, plastic cups, or other wearable items  e. Replace the garbage bag and take trash to box  f. Put tools back where you found them  g. Pull the door shut and make sure it’s shut  h. After dinner clean up (please help out this is not a restaurant)  i. Misc. issues, general bitchin, and tool shed is full topics  j. When departing be conscious of what people need before you get there.  k. This is a great deal for everyone  l. Plowing snow, shoveling snow, and snow throwing
