YOUR CLUB’S EAGLELINK PAGE Updating the info about your club that prospective and current members can see
SIGNING IN The first part of your Eagle & your password are your login info
HOME PAGE Your Club should appear under “my organizations” You can search for other clubs with the “organizations” link at the top of the page
EDITING YOUR PROFILE Your profile includes the information that prospective club members see, contact information, and links to your club’s social media pages You can edit it using the button on the right-hand side when you’re viewing your profile
EDITING YOUR PROFILE, CONT. Your club’s summary is the 1 st thing students will see when they search your club Once you’ve started to edit your profile, you can choose your profile picture using the right sidebar
MANAGING YOUR ROSTER You can edit which club members hold which officer positions by going to your roster tab and then clicking on “manage roster” If you have new officer roles, you can add a position title by clicking “manage positions” You can also send an invite to any officers who are not currently on your roster
MANAGING YOUR ROSTER, CONT. When adding a new position entirely, you can choose what privileges that officer will have on EagleLink When editing a member’s position, they will keep the same permissions that were assigned to that position
SUBMITTING FORMS How to submit travel forms, budget transfer requests, etc. to the Sport Clubs EagleLink Page
WHERE TO FIND FORMS All forms submitted through EagleLink are actually forms on the Sport Club EagleLink pageSport Club EagleLink page Links to all Sport Clubs forms can be found at
TRAVEL FORMS Complete every field that has a red asterisk next to it Finish all pages of the travel form! (4 pages if your trip doesn’t require an overnight stay, 5 pages if it does)
IN PROGRESS ≠ SUBMITTED DON’T FORGET TO CLICK “SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL”
NOT SURE IF YOU SUBMITTED YOUR FORM? If the status of your form is “in progress,” you did not submit it The status will be listed as “pending” if you’ve submitted it
TRANSFER FUNDS REQUESTS All transfers between general & travel are now completed through EagleLink! Just fill out your info, the amount, direction, and reason for the transfer DON’T FORGET TO CLICK “SUBMIT”
NOTIFICATION SETTINGS If there are problems with any form submissions, Sport Clubs staff will comment on your submission. Change your notifications settings so that you get ed when there is a comment on your submission
