Presentation transcript:

Open the document you wish to print and move the cursor to click on the file tab

This will open the accompanying screen: Move the cursor to click on the print label

This will open the accompanying screen:

Usually, the setting will be for the most commonly used printer, but if there are other printers available to this computer you would choose the alternative printer here. Could also be: * Fax * Image writer * Other printers Nothing needs to be done if using the commonly used printer (default printer)

Next you need to decide on which pages you want to print by clicking here: You can choose to print all the pages by not clicking anything or choose to print just the current page, or a range of pages.

You can choose to print double sided pages by clicking here: You will need to manually feed in the back side of the pages, the printer will not automatically flip over the paper, but it will stop after each page. Without clicking the “manually print on both sides”, each page will be printed individually

You can decide if you want the pages collated or uncollated here: Collated: all the pages from one document are printed before the second copy starts printing Uncollated: all the copies of the first page are printed before started printing the second page Without clicking “uncollated” the document will be collated

By clicking here you can change the way the paper faces from portrait to landscape Without changing the orientation, the document will print the way that the original document was set up.

It is possible to change the paper size by clicking here: Without changing the letter setting, a normal sheet of paper will be used.

The margins of the document can be changed by clicking here: The choices are the same are found in the original Microsoft word document

It is also possible to print more than one page of the document on each printed sheet by clicking here: Your choices

Deciding on the number of copies is done by clicking here:

Finally, once all the setting are done, click on the print button:

If you do not need to change any settings; You are using the usual printer, copying the entire document, making one copy, and want to copy the document just the way it is: Click the file tab Click the Print button Click the Print icon
