How to enter meditation?
Simple steps for getting into The Present Moment So How do we do that? Well another definition for ‘inspiration’ is to literally “Breathe In” So Let’s first all breathe consciously together, which is your best stress intervention, in 4 steps. OK let’s all Breathe IN, and hold for a time,... then Breathe OUT and Pause for a while.... Good Again, Breathe IN, and hold, … then Breathe OUT and Pause... Again, Again, Again, etc (minimum 4-6 times) BEING MY SELF
